You payment is considered a confirmation that you have review the SPELLING for personalization and you agree that is correct.
All sales are final!
Refunds are not issued and returns are not accepted on our merchandise because items made here are customized or personalized. These items have been created or altered according to your request. However, if your order has been delayed or an error was made on behalf of Tiny Scissors Embroidery, we will waive this agreement and issue you a refund, offer you a discount or cancel your order entirely at your request.
Reporting An Error
If an error was made by Tiny Scissors Embroidery to your order, it is required that a claim be submitted within 3 days of delivery. This means if your order arrives on a Tuesday, you should report the error made to your order no later than Thursday of that week. You should know we are fair and will do what is necessary to handle your claim always professionally, respectfully and promptly.
Return of Merchandise
If it is necessary or requested for the merchandise to be returned due to an error made by Tiny Scissors Embroidery , we will send you a shipping label for you to adhere to the outside of the returned package. We will pick up the cost of shipping charges and issue you a Return Tracking Number. Please DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE without notice because it will not be accepted. For security purposes we monitor incoming and outgoing packages. Without authorization or notification of your returned package, it will be deemed SUSPICIOUS and delivery will be DECLINED.
What happens after I place my order?
You will be sent an email with the details of your order for confirmation of correct spelling, colors, fabric choices and an invoice for your order. After you receive this email, we'll wait for you to send us your approval. Thereafter, your will receive a progress report on your order's status... If your order is scheduled to be shipped promptly, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order while its en route to its destination.
What if I make a mistake in the spelling of a word/name/lettering?
Unfortunately, if a spelling error is made by you, you will be responsible for submitting payment for an order to be made over.
If a spelling error is made by us, we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund, offer a discount if you are willing to accept the order into your possession, or issue you store credit toward future orders. You will have the liberty of choosing which you option prefer.
